Job Summary:

Under general direction, the position is responsible for managing all activities in support of implementing and maintaining a mentorship program within the organization.

Job Description:


  • Overseeing the integration of mentorship recruiting, selection, and matching process in conjunction with organizational changes.

  • Developing and administering policies and procedures related to a company's mentorship management program.

  • Establishing a tracking/reporting system, reviews program guidelines, conducts evaluation, and makes appropriate changes to enhance program effectiveness.

  • Consulting with managers and HR staff regarding mentorship offerings; training employees and managers on participation in the mentoring process and software application.

  • Conducts meetings with mentors, mentorees, and mentoree managers to determine program progress and communicate program results to participants and upper management.




High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years combination of education, related experience and training


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Communications, Psychology or a related field with 2 years of related experience
