Job Description:

The successful candidate for this role:

  • Advises on and facilitates solutions for common human resources transactions.

  • Administers seasonal human resources programs, such as annual performance reviews, merit pay and employee engagement surveys.

  • Executes personnel actions in human capital management system.

  • Develops and maintains key human resources reports; analyzes data and recommends solutions.

  • Supports development and execution of strategic talent initiatives.

  • Administers training program enrollment and scheduling.

  • Administers exit interview surveys and conducts retention analysis.

  • Supports various talent management programs and activities.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and one year related experience; or three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
