Job Description Summary:
Under general supervision, the position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing program management best practices to align with business strategy across multiple business areas and technology teams. The incumbent applies industry standards and determines tool sets/applications for program management methodology.
Plans and executes program management methodology across multiple technology and business groups (smaller, less complex programs with assistance/under guidance).
Works closely with business owners and representatives to understand the business goals and objectives and deliver solutions that align with those goals.
Communicates program status to all levels in the organization and facilitates decisions within the program team.
Facilitates scope and prioritization of the program plan deliverables .
Manages risks and issues within the program team.
Establishes and guide the team in program-specific operating procedures.
Assesses business impact and coordinate implementation with the organizational change management team.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration/Management, or related field, or suitable combination of education, experience and training; plus 5 years of work experience in Business Administration or Project Management. Project Management Professional Certification
Certified SAFe® Agilist (SA).
