Job Description:

Responsible for accurately distributing correspondence to internal and external customers. Responsible for the maintenance and retrieval of information and management of the efficiency and accuracy of the aforementioned.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Assist Pricing Department and sales with administrative needs.

  • Process M-Pact activities, validating for accuracy, standardization, legality, and profitability.

  • Proof publications to meet standard requirements.

  • Produce reporting that provides informative and accurate information.

  • Maintain and provide documentation invoicing accuracy.

  • Track outgoing correspondence for return compliance

Qualifications

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
