Job Description Summary:

The Organizational Effectiveness Specialist will assist in creating, deploying and delivering multiple leadership, employee engagement, and change management programs to enhance the development of the organizational culture and climate. The OES will partner with HR colleagues, internal customers, and business leaders to drive high-impact talent, engagement, and development programs and initiatives.

Job Description:

  • Serves as a program manager concerning employee surveys providing consultation, execution, and analysis on question development and response analysis.

  • Assists in the development of programs specific to leadership, organizational culture, talent management, employee engagement and change management in order to achieve business objectives.

  • Manages 360 Feedback Survey process

  • Anticipates and articulates emerging individual or team development needs based on analysis of performance evaluation feedback

  • Assists in the implementation of organizational effectiveness interventions at departmental and organizational levels as assigned

  • Identifies data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets

  • Makes recommendations and shares insights based on analysis of talent-related data and key HR Metrics

  • Evaluates the performance and cultural impact of learning and organizational development projects

  • Leads or participates in organizational development/change management projects to improve the company culture and increase organizational effectiveness

  • Function as a change agent supporting departmental, regional and organizational initiatives

  • Provides direct support to leadership, in partnership with Organizational Effectiveness team, ensuring developmental plans are monitored and executed for high-potentials

  • Liaise with Learning and Development on the identification, creation and facilitation of learning activities

  • Completes other projects and duties as assigned
