Job Description Summary:
Under general supervision, the incumbent is responsible for planning, developing and executing complex promotional campaigns that are of strategic importance to the organization to inform the company's target markets of the merits of purchasing its services.
The Loyalty Marketing Manager is responsible for the J.B. Hunt 360 carrier loyalty programs, with a focus on improving customer engagement and maximizing incremental revenue. This role oversees engagement and retention of carriers with existing loyalty programs and developing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive adoption as programs are expanded.

Owns the strategic direction of the carrier loyalty programs and maintains budget responsibility for such programs.
Champion carrier loyalty programs internally and serve as primary point of contact for all loyalty-related strategies and initiatives.
Creates a cohesive communications plan for all stages and/or segments of the carrier loyalty program.
Works cross functionally in developing strategic marketing plans and overseeing execution of all aspects of those programs.
Establishes and regularly reviews key performance metrics to generate insights, identify opportunities and drive process improvements and results.
Works closely with the Data Insights team on developing a series of meaningful reports that closely monitors overall program, sentiment, and tactical campaigns.
Works with external partners and resources to develop and enhance carrier loyalty program.
Leverages available resources to create new customer acquisition opportunities and/or awareness around program features as well as creating ongoing carrier engagement opportunities.
Coordinates all day-to-day aspects of carrier loyalty program marketing.
Maintains extensive knowledge of loyalty program best practices and competitive landscape.
Bachelor's Degree with Marketing focus benefit.
3+ years of relevant experience in loyalty programs.
Strong analytical and project planning skills.
Strong communications skills; ability to effectively communicate information and contribute innovative ideas in written and verbal format.
