Job Summary:

Under close supervision, this position is responsible for building real-world experience with recruiting, payroll, employee development, and the coordination of HR policies and procedures.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms

  • Assist in screening resumes and application forms

  • Assist and schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks

  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed

  • Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)

  • Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies

  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent currently enrolled in an accredited four-year institution.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Some experience in an office environment preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and resume databases

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
