Job Description Summary:

Under general supervision, provides key support for functional groups, including performance of a wide variety of tasks and reports within Workday as well as working with our third- party vendor on unemployment claims, hearings and data gathering. This very diverse position requires an independent professional who is naturally detail-oriented, highly organized, and has the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Job Description:

To be successful in this role, the following tasks must be performed effectively:

Process all hires, transfers and new position requests within Workday accurately and timely

Assist the Hr solution center with issue resolution

Work Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports

Work closely with the Unemployment Vendor

Work closely with the recruiting team as it relates to hires and transfers

Process all unemployment claims/hearings accurately and timely

Accurately document activity in the HR Call tracking Database

Scan personnel documents as needed

Mail applicant letters daily

Send labor posters as needed to the accounts

Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications/competencies

High level of proficiency in Word, Excel and basic computer skills

Promote positive communication with all internal and external customers.

Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines while upholding a high quality of work

At least 6 months experience in a professional/corporate environment

High School Diploma
