You’ll be supporting a team of HR Business Partners, driving day-to-day HR activities in their assigned areas. Collaborating within the Business HR team to understand business needs / requests, manage priorities and work with HR Operations to respond to business and/or employee needs.
Provide tactical human resources support to the line managers for various human resources functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations and corrective actions
Support the administration of compensation, benefits and talent programs; ensure that programs meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, and are cost effective
Maintain good communication and a positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction and ensure a positive working environment
Support human resources initiatives within the organization and act as a liaison to other human resources functions when necessary
Assist in organizational compliance with all HR related regulations, laws and guidelines
Respond to and support resolution of manager and employee inquiries
Execute personnel actions in human capital management system
Develop and maintain key human resources reports
Assist with personnel file maintenance
Perform other duties as assigned

Ability to handle confidential information and materials with discretion
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work individually or as part of a team
Experience in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High school diploma or equivalency
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Leadership, Psychology or related field
Customer service experience
