Job Description:

The successful candidate for this role will:

  • Execute personnel actions in the human capital management system.

  • Advise on and facilitate solutions for common human resources transactions.

  • Administer seasonal human resources programs, such as annual performance reviews, merit pay, and employee engagement surveys.

  • Develop and maintain key human resources reports; analyze data and recommend solutions.

  • Support development and execution of strategic talent initiatives.

  • Administer training program enrollment and scheduling.

  • Administer exit interviews and conduct retention analysis.

  • Support various talent management programs and activities.

  • Bachelor’s degree; preference to human resources, business management, organizational leadership and/or psychology.

  • Fortune 1000 company experience

  • At least one year of successful human resources experience
