Job Description:

As a Field Installations Manager/Builder Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the installation process of commercial appliances and ensuring Customer Value Delivery TM. You'll work closely with the installers to ensure proper application and installation. The environment is challenging, fast-paced, and very rewarding!


  • Work with the sales team to understand new Builder jobs

  • Perform installation audits to fulfill customer's monthly requirement

  • Builder delivery scheduling

  • Pre and post delivery installation inspections

  • Delivery team safety

  • Parts Inventory Management

  • Appliance installation and product handling training

  • Damage assessment from customer complaints, property

  • Launch new projects/Builder site "Welcome Process"

  • Site Assessment with sales team and job Superintendent

  • Review safety requirements, policy B2000

  • Review installation policies per installation manuals

  • Review site readiness

  • Pre-call procedure review


  • High school diploma or general education degree

  • 5 - 10 years related experience

  • Have an understanding of Builder and Home service SKU's

  • Understand Builder Site Requirements

  • Possess appliance installation knowledge

  • Able to cross train all office functions

  • Good customer service skills, both written and oral

  • Basic computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email

  • Understand and use the various product websites

  • Knowledge of local building codes and DOT requirements

  • Able to travel locally and out of town, overnight

  • Must have flexible workdays and hours
