Job Description:

Leasing Manager for the Real Estate Department will communicate with various levels of personnel within the company to assess their real estate needs. Responsibilities include facilitating all aspects in the leasing or acquisition process.

  • Initiates a professional relationship with multiple real estate brokers.

  • Plans property tours for field personnel.

  • Assists with the creation of build-out plans.

  • Negotiates lease terms.

  • Coordinates and scheduling various aspects of location start-ups and shut downs, and following the process through to completion.

  • Manages project deadlines and task lists.

  • Prioritizes and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Resolves any tenant inquires or issues.

  • Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with customers and employees.

  • Effective communication with excellent follow through.

  • May also include property management tasks for established locations that could include resolving tenant complaints, enforcing lease terms, and contracting with vendors for maintenance and management services.

  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications

At least 2 years experience working in the commercial or industrial real estate field;

Advanced knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
