Job Description Summary:

The Final Mile Edits and Payroll Support works with our Final Mile delivery services to ensure excellent customer service by providing clerical support.

Job Description:

The successful candidate for this role will:

  • Conducts customer service satisfaction surveys with using company database to gather feedback on the customer experience.

  • Obtains proof of delivery documents from local delivery accounts to accompany the customer invoice.

  • Data entry of customer orders into company database.

  • Edits order attributes in company databases to ensure accurate billing and personnel payment

  • Matches scanned documents with company order entry records.

  • Consolidate customer invoices by reviewing order details in the company order entry system.

What does it take to be considered?

The following is required:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus specialized training

  • 1-6 months related experience and/or training

  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

Other desired skills:

  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced, high energy environment

  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and customer service skills

  • Must possess strong computer skills, including typing and Microsoft Office programs
